The land parcel in Ajmer is around 9000 square metres and is situated on Beawar road.Indian Railways statutory body Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) floated a request for proposal (RFP) on Thursday, March 18, for leasing two vacant land parcels, intended for commercial development at Jaisalmer and Ajmer in Rajasthan. Both the vacant land parcels will be leased for commercial use for a period of 45 years. The statutory body for railway land development said that the reserve price of Jaisalmer and Ajmer land parcels is Rs 20.50 crore and Rs 40.00 crore respectively. According to the organisation, the last date of the e-bid submission is April 27, 2021, and May 10, 2021, respectively.According to a statement released by Rail Land Development Authority, the land parcel at Jaisalmer covers more than three hectares and is located along the Jodhpur Road, near the Jaisalmer railway station. The land parcel in Ajmer is around 9000 square metres and is situated on Beawar road.The land parcel at Jaisalmer is bound by the railway land and private land in the north and east, and by railway quarters in the west. The area has connectivity to the Jodhpur road through a 30 metre right of way in the south and the railway station is in the vicinity.Along with this, it has a built-up area ratio of 1.05, which will allow the development of the 33308 square metres of area. Rajasthan has witnessed huge infrastructural developments in the past few years such as the establishment of export promotion industrial parks,  Agro-Food park, as well as special economic zones that contribute to economic growth.
